Meet Azzie

Hello, and welcome.

I’m Azzie, founder of Divine Design Three, LLC. I’m a Virginia native, proud mother of four sons and one beloved fur daughter, and someone who has always believed that every person deserves opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive within supportive communities.

My career began in healthcare after earning an Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology. I also gained valuable experience working in sterile processing, where I developed a deep appreciation for attention to detail, teamwork, and serving others behind the scenes.

Although I valued those experiences, I felt increasingly drawn toward supporting people in a different capacity—one that focused on personal growth, families, education, and community well-being.

That passion led me to Virginia State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Social Work. Today, I am continuing my education as a Master of Social Work student, expanding my knowledge and preparing for future clinical practice while currently providing non-clinical education, coaching, mentoring, and support services.

Divine Design Three reflects both my personal journey and my professional mission: creating spaces where individuals, families, and communities feel seen, supported, encouraged, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

I believe meaningful change begins with compassion, education, collaboration, and genuine human connection, and those values remain at the heart of every program within this organization.
